"Monica Webster re created a beautiful drawing of my beloved dog Mica. I couldnt be more impressed with not only the work she does but the follow ups through out the process. She inquired my opinion before proceeding with anything to make sure I was still comfortable and happy with the progress. Monica treated my questions/concerns with the upmost respect, she worked around my schedule to make sure I got my portrait within the time frame I initially provided. When getting the picture delivered, Monica was very plesant and gave me further instructions on how to take care of my portrait as well as helped me with my concerns regarding getting the right frame. I got a printed receipt as well as more care instructions which was great! I had searched for a couple weeks for someone who would be able to do such a large portrait with so much detail and Monica had the best results as well as the best price by far. Again, I could not be happier!"
